Protect the win after it happens

A win can sour afterward: an uncertain delivery, an item not as described, refunds run by the seller, fear of retaliatory reviews, slow disputes. Chou's marketplace analysis says one broken link turns the reward into a penalty, so guarantee dates, tracking, remedies and fast escalation.

How it works

Accomplishment (CD2) depends on the outcome matching expectations and on users feeling in control afterward. When delivery is uncertain or disputes leave users helpless, the earlier win turns into a loss, and they quit and complain. A long-awaited purchase that arrives as expected renews the urge to buy again. The fixes are certainty about fulfilment, platform-backed remedies and feedback without fear of retaliation.

How to build it

E-commerce
Guaranteed delivery dates, live tracking, one-click returns and a platform-run refund process.
B2B
A named owner for every support case and a published response time.
Web
Reviews in a marketplace published double-blind, so neither side fears retaliation.
